We are involved in the design and construction of Eco Power Solution's COMPLY 2000 emission control units. The COMPLY 2000 is a patented process which injects ozone into the exhaust gas stream which reacts with the pollutants present in the stream to convert these harmful elements into a water soluble gas. The gas is then condensed to a liquid on the COMPLY 2000 units. The waste liquid that is produced in the form of highly toxic acids, are then sent from the COMPLY 2000 units into the waste water treatment system. The waste water treatment system neutralizes these acids to create a non-harmful waste product that can be easily and safely disposed. The COMPLY 2000 units effectively eliminate multiple pollutants at once and can also incorporate waste heat recovery technology and improve a plant's performance and overall thermal efficiency.Caldwell designed the Waste Water Treatment System, Reverse Osmosis System, fuel duct burner, peroxide system and multitude of other necessary components of the COMPLY 2000 unit.
